| 10 of 10 people found the following review helpful  No Replacement Parts!, I had a truss bar bend then break. Following the instructions on the Assembly Sheet I called Customer Service to order a replacement. I was told, "We do not sell replacement parts for ANY of our pop-up canopies." So after spending over $300 and two uses, its off to the dumpster. It seems very desceptive that the tell you that you can get replacement parts when in fact you can not! 9 of 9 people found the following review helpful  A pleasant change, The canopy itself does need more than two people to set up since most peoples' wing span is less than the width of the canopy. It takes two people to pull it apart plus one to hold the other side still. Once the canopy is fully extended, placing the cover over it is fairly simple once you have the corner seams in the corners and the top braces in the center of the cover. Deploying the four corner legs can be done with one person. Once you have it all together, the straps on the underside of the canopy can be secured to the frame. I gave it less than five stars for the difficulty of threading the polyester straps throug the plastic buckles. If the straps was just a couple of inches longer it would be a much easier excercise... Read more 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful No parts, This review is from: ShelterLogic Pro Series Truss Pro Pop-Up Canopy (Sports) I've used the 12x12 ShelterLogic maybe six times. A truss bar broke. When calling the 800 number they tell you no parts are available. How do they build them in the first place without parts? $300 wasted. Next one I buy will be a cheap off-brand. Why spend the money if it can't be repaired? |
