With the bags, you don't have to lug weights around, plus they much heavier than weights when full. Attachment was easy, filling.. easy (make sure you bring a shovel), breakdown was easy too. Because of the heavy slick material, the sand shakes, and later, washes off with no problem.Best of all, when the bags are full, the tent is going nowhere.
