We love these tents, and look forward to using them for years. The fabric is nice, and both setup and tear down were as easy as advertised. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase of these tents.The only reason I didn't feel like 5 stars were appropriate is that one of the tents we received was damaged in a few ways. 2 of the support poles arrived in broken or cut condition, new out of the box, and the zipper on the white storage bag broke on the first use. The other tent we received was and remains prefect in condition, with no problems whatsoever. What the product itself lacked in quality, Outdoor Line made up for in customer service. They responded promptly, and even followed up with me when I took a few days to get back to their email. They have been flexible and receptive on ways to correct the problem; qualities that are becoming rare these...
