It survived unscathed, so any future use will be the proverbial 'frosting on the cake'. The directions were minimal and they always lose something in translation from Mandarin, but it didn't matter as it was fairly simple to put together. Assembly took one person about 2.5 hours with no required tools and an additional person was helpful (necessary) for the last half hour. Some of the hex nuts were poorly welded, but that wasn't critical for the assembly of the tent and easily fixed afterwards. The tent is made out of traditional tarp material (not canvas) and fit the assembled frame perfectly. It handled 5-10 mph winds but any more wind would require additional tie-down ropes and two stakes on each corner.
